When you receive an email and the sender says something like "Thanks Scott!!"
Why is the "!!" necessary? You don't really care to thank me. It is a meaningless gesture that just pisses me off. It's like one of those times when you are upset about something and you want to talk about it to someone, and they in turn act concerned, but they really aren't. I am pretty confident that was a run on sentence by the way. It infuriates me. Just say "Thanks" or, even better, don't waste you time thanking at all.
